Analysis of design parameters of packaging products in paper support factory

According to the requirements of the packaged products and the characteristics of the structural design of the paper support factory products, the relevant parameters in the design are determined.

① Size and wall thickness. The increase of wall thickness not only increases the consumption of raw materials, but also reduces the production during adsorption molding. The increase of wall thickness also increases the energy consumption of wet paper mold drying process, and easily makes the paper support produce quality defects such as depression, shrinkage hole and sandwich. The wall thickness should be reduced as far as possible under the premise of satisfying the strength of paper support. The wall thickness of vacuum adsorption molding process is between 0.5–6mm, and the wall thickness of pressing molding process is between 3–20mm.

② Demoulding inclination. In the packaging molding process of the paper support factory, the wet paper mold is close to the net mold and the paper fiber will be embedded in the mesh of the net mold. In order to facilitate the transfer of the wet paper mold, the paper support surface parallel to the direction of demoulding should have a reasonable demoulding slope. The greater the inclination is, the more convenient the demoulding is. If the inclination is too small, the demoulding is difficult, and the paper support surface will be pulled or broken. Too large inclination will reduce the size accuracy of the paper holder, but also affect the bearing capacity and elastic recovery force of the paper holder. General demoulding slope take 3°- 6°.

 

③ Transition arc. In the design of paper support structure, the corners of the inner and outer surface of the paper support package, the connection between the vertical bar and the main body and the terminal of the vertical bar must be transited with circular arc to avoid straight edges and right angles. The radius of the transition arc can be determined according to the specific product and the performance of the paper and the special requirements of the packaging, generally 2- 5mm.

 

Pulp support packaging raw materials —- sugarcane pulp introduction

Sugarcane pulp and corrugated pulp are the most commonly used packaging materials in the paper support packaging industry. Sugarcane pulp is a kind of pulp support, which is made of sugar mill waste bagasse as raw material and prepared into a certain concentration of pulp through hydraulic pulp crushing and high-temperature disinfection. Domestic paper packaging manufacturers will generally use imported sugarcane pulp, in the form of sugarcane pulp board.

The beaten sugarcane pulp is absorbed into a wet blank product (paper support packaging embryo body) by vacuum on a special metal mold. The formed wet blank is then dried and hot-pressed into the paper support packaging style we want.

Sugarcane pulp can save a lot of wood in the packaging industry of paper support factory, which is in line with the economic requirements of recycling and environmental protection policy of China, and waste recycling.
