Structural elements of paper support products

1. The design of the structural elements of the buffer packaging is the basis for the structural design of the paper support products. 1. Carrying capacity

Using different paper tray buffer packaging structures, the static load and deformation conditions are different. General research and testing have demonstrated load-deformation for static testing of structural elements of ideal cushioning packages. It is because the force on the items in the package is not increasing, and the capacity of the paper-plastic paper holder is completely absorbed by the paper holder. Tests have shown that another important factor affecting the bearing capacity is the slope. Considering the single bearing capacity, the smaller the slope of the sidewall of the buffer structure, the higher the bearing capacity. Small, it will affect the release of the paper tray.

 

2. Energy absorption

In the process of product circulation, the paper holder can absorb the external energy to protect the product. The greater the absorbed energy, the better the buffering capacity. In addition, the degree of energy absorption is also related to the physical state of the paper holder, such as density, quality and deformation laws.

 

3. Resilience

It is very important for the structure of the paper holder to restore the paper holder to its original size after loading. For the paper holder with a good structural design, it has a great advantage in resilience. The better the protection, therefore, in the initial stage of the product, we require designers to fully consider the structure, process and other aspects in the design process.
